Others have been encouraging me to start my own web site for quite some time and I have finally decided to get started.  Thank you to all for the encouragement and support!

I am a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) type person that enjoys the challenge of tackling projects.  I enjoy all types of crafts and decorating!  I find pleasure in giving things a new life through a variety of means such as creating, stitching, rearranging, re-purposing and oh yes... adding a coat of paint.  You can get a preview of some of my interests at http://pinterest.com/decorniche/
